This site is provided for viewing artwork, learning about collections, and placing orders directly with the studio. Content may be changed, updated, or removed at any time.
Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by the studio. For limited editions, availability is constrained by edition size; an item may become unavailable even after it has been viewed on the site.
Prices shown for works and framing may be updated from time to time. Any applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs may be added at checkout or communicated by the studio as part of the final order confirmation.
We aim to display accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability. If an error is discovered (including pricing, description, or availability), the studio may correct it and may cancel or update an order before fulfillment, with any required refund processed to the original payment method.
Our Return Policy and any shipping or delivery information provided on this site are incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to those policies.
Payments are processed through a third-party provider (such as Stripe). The studio is the seller of record for artwork purchased through this site. Your payment may be subject to the payment provider’s terms in addition to these Terms.
All artwork, images, and text on this site remain the property of the artist or studio and are protected by applicable copyright and related laws. Purchasing a print does not grant rights to reproduce, distribute, modify, or license the artwork.
Production and delivery timelines are estimates. The studio is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation) carrier disruptions, supplier delays, weather events, natural disasters, acts of government, labor shortages, or other circumstances that make production or delivery impracticable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or from delays beyond its reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, an order, or use of this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If a dispute arises, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
