Overview of how returns and issues are handled for framed art prints ordered through Bbelur.
Each framed print is produced on demand for the specific order. Because of this, sales are final once production begins.
If your artwork arrives damaged in transit or with a clear production defect, contact the studio within 7 days of delivery. Please inculde your order number and photos of: the outer packaging (all sides), the inner packaging, the damage/defect on the artwork and frame.
Colors may vary slightly between on-screen previews and physical prints due to differences in screens, calibration, lighting, and materials. These normal variations are not considered defects.
Requests to change or cancel an order must be made as soon as possible. Once an order has been sent into production (printing or framing has started), it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.
