Install Guide
Basic guidance for installation and care.
Cleaning (glass/acrylic)
- Dust with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
- For smudges, lightly dampen the cloth with water and wipe gently.
- If needed, use a small amount of ammonia-free glass cleaner on the cloth, not directly on the frame.
- Avoid paper towels and abrasive pads (they can scratch).
Frame care
- Dust the frame with a dry microfiber cloth.
- Don't use harsh cleaners, alcohol, or solvents on the frame finish.
- Keep the frame dry; wipe off any moisture immediately.
Placement
- Avoid direct sunlight, high humidity, and heat sources (bathrooms, kitchens, about radiators.
- Keep out of damp areas to reduce warping and discoloration.
Handling
- Lift by the sides of the frame, not the hanging wire.
- Keep packaging for safe storage or transport.
Mounting
- Framed artwork can be heavy and requires secure mounting. For best results--and to
help prevent damage to the artwork, frame, or your wall--we recommend hiring a qualified
professional installer, especially for larger pieces or specialty wall types (plaster,
masonry, tile) If you install it yourself, use hardware rated for the frame's weight
and your wall material.
